Interactive Working Hub (IWH) is a place where people can come to interact, social, or meet up at the same time a working space for them to work around the clock. It is best for students, people who just started a new business, online business, or even freelancers. Networking is one of the keys to success or achieve their goals because when a person is meeting more people and using connections, it is a way to find new opportunities in business. Besides, networking can help to stay on the cutting edge of technology and new business trends that brings new ideas.

The number of start-ups, freelancers are increasing. People nowadays prefer to work in a different and more fun environment instead of a regular office because they could increase the productivity of working. Research also shows people who work in co-working space tend to grow more vigorously in their careers compared to people who work in regular offices. Other than that, office rental nowadays is expensive and some start-ups or freelancers cannot afford it. The most affordable way to start a small business is to start work at home. Yet, they might face some problem which they will have fewer facilities such as meeting rooms as well as low chances of networking with other people. Technology is everywhere in the world and people try to digitalize daily things that people use or do including networking and socializing as it brings convenience to people. Even so, verbal connection or communication between humans in real life is still more important and powerful because more than half of the message comes from body language, facial expression, and so on.

Connection means a relationship in which a person or thing is linked or associated with something or someone else. Same as when people start socializing and networking, it naturally forms a bond or a connection between one and other, doesn’t matter if it’s a good band or a bad connection. When people met each other, people perform a handshake as a polite greeting which two people grasp one of each other’s hand (usually right hand), in most cases accompanied by a brief up and down movement of the grasped hands. It is commonly done upon meeting, greeting, parting, offering congratulations, expressing gratitude, or as a public sign of completing a business or diplomatic agreement. The aim of IWH is just like the action of a handshake people grab each other hands and shake as a greeting that links the people together and start a conversation. The objective is to let people get together and link people at the same time also giving and taking opportunities, learn from each other and achieving their goals together even they have different goals.
